We perform yearly Portfolio Reviews with our Investors. We work with our clients to identify the best exit strategy should it come time to sell a property and can refer them to experienced licensed agents who are able to list properties for sale through the Multiple Listing Services as well as network with our other investor clients who might be interested in the property for their own portfolios. We are experienced in 1031 Exchange strategies and can help investors move funds from one property to another when appropriate.
